A well natured but naughty rom-com, She’s Out of My League stars Hiccup from How to Train Your Dragon. Yeah, it sounds odd to me too. Yet he bafflingly attracts the attention of ‘the half-naked screaming woman from Star Trek Into Darkness’.
It does pleasingly avoid a lot of standard tropes, preventing it self from feeling contrived. The best friends provide the laughs, with their explanation of attractiveness out of ten a high point. It might not be a game changer but its heart is in the right place and it’s likeable cast make it entertaining.
